Shipping Information
Shipping Policies: At Sunrise Imports, we strive to be as accurate as possible with the cost of
shipping your purchases. Standard shipping charges are calculated in real time with fees
determined by shipping weight and geographic location. You may choose between UPS Ground
and USPS Priority Mail for standard shipping.  We offer First Class Mail for a few of our products
such as jewelry and greeting cards due to their low weight and size (under 13 oz.). If you select this
shipping option for other larger items, your item(s) will be charged at the correct Priority Mail rate.
All packages are insured. Orders are processed and shipped in our Northern California office within
48 hours (if in stock) and can take from 2-9 business days to arrive within the U.S. When placing
items in your shopping cart,  you are able to determine your shipping costs on your order prior to
submitting your personal information.

We also offer expedited shipping through USPS Express Mail. Again all packages are insured and
will arrive in 1-2 days depending on geographic location, day of the week, and time of day your order
is placed.

International shipping is available to many countries and rates are not available on our website. You
will be notified by email of shipping charges for all international orders prior to shipment.

Return and Refund Policies: We value your patronage and want you to be happy with your
purchases. You may return any unused item in its original condition for a refund, credit or exchange
within 14 days after receiving your order.  Please notify us by email at  
customerservice@sunriseimports.net and include the following information:  your name and order
number, the specific item you want to return, the reason you are returning it, and whether you would
like a replacement item, credit towards a future purchase, or a full refund (minus shipping costs).  
We will contact you with instructions on how to return the item.

Damaged Items: If you receive your order with visible damage, notify the delivery person
immediately.  If you discover any damaged items within your package after the driver has left, please
contact the shipping company (UPS, USPS) directly. Save all packaging materials as the package
will need to be inspected first in order to file an insurance claim.
Shipping damage is the
responsibility of the freight carrier.
