Handwoven Rebozo Baby Sling
These beautifully versatile textiles were created by the Tarahumara Indians of Mexico. The word rebozo is Spanish for a shawl that is traditionally used to carry a baby. Handwoven rebozos can be easily tied into a knot and placed around a man or woman's body to provide a safe and secure place for baby. It can also be used as a wrap on a cool evening, as a baby blanket, as a prayer shawl, or even as a decorative table runner. Each rebozo is a cotton/acrylic blend and measures 87" L x 20" W
